Alicia: Hello! Thank you for giving me this opportunity! Let's start off with introducing yourself.

Brenny: Hello! I’m so happy to have this interview.

Alicia: Diving into the first question… How did you get started in music? What or who inspired you to begin your musical journey?

Brenny: I was interested in hip-hop when I was in school. Then, I made a song with friends who are similar to me. When I became an adult and tried to start music properly, my interests changed, so I became the person I am now while learning vocals.

Alicia: What drives you to create music, and how do you stay motivated during challenging times?

Brenny: As I said earlier, I wanted to make my story into a song naturally as I was very interested in hip hop.  And I think it’s great that I wanted to convey the emotion I received through music to someone.  I’ve never thought of a way to stay motivated in a difficult time. When I go into a streaming site, I think that motivation is all over the place. :)

Alicia: Going into your most recent release “Together” what's the story or inspiration behind that single?

Brenny: I made this song when I was into that genre. Like Michael Jackson’s ’Rock with you’  When I wrote lyrics for Together, I thought about whether I should write my story or a new one. After all, I thought my imagination was my story, so I wrote it comfortably.

Alicia: How do you incorporate personal experiences and emotions into your creative process?

Brenny: I think of them separately. I try to put my personal experiences in the lyrics as much as possible, and I try  to express my emotions by singing melodies or songs. Because they combine to become one as a song.

Alicia: What do you consider the most significant influence on your music, and how has it shaped your work?

Brenny: The most influential thing about making my music is interestingly different music.  While listening to music, I try to melt the feelings and atmosphere that I received as much as possible.

Alicia: What do you hope listeners take away from your music, and how do you achieve that in your work?

Brenny: I want listeners to listen and enjoy it easily, so when I write lyrics, I try not to be difficult to write

Alicia: What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned about yourself through your music career?

Brenny: I think I should be happy with the process of making music because I think that the listener will be happy only when I enjoy myself making music.

Alicia: Can you share an experience where your music or performance significantly impacted someone else’s life?

Brenny: I haven’t seen anyone who has experienced that yet. I want to make better music so that I can have that  experience.

Alicia: What themes or messages do you find yourself returning to in your music, and why?

Brenny: Sometimes when I listen to my music, I think of the experiences I had and the time I made them. I like  ’Stranger’ the most, and it reminds me of that trip because it contains my experiences when I traveled.

Alicia: How do you handle criticism or negative feedback about your work?

Brenny: I think I read it once and ignore it. I think I’m in the process of knowing my weakness and trying to get  better

Alicia: How has your approach to songwriting or performing evolved over the years?

Brenny:I’ve tried different genres and tried to find a style that I like. I’m working on a song now and I think I’ve  found it. Maybe it’ll become my style from the next song.

Alicia: Can you describe a moment when you felt a profound connection with your music or audience?

Brenny: I’ve never thought deeply about it, but I don’t think I would have forgotten it if there was such a moment.

Alicia: How do you balance your artistic vision with the expectations of your audience or industry standards?

Brenny: I try not to care. I think it’s an artist who does what I love to do without fear.

Alicia: What have been some of the biggest challenges you've faced as a musician, and how have you overcome them?

Brenny: It was about finding my style. I mainly found beats on YouTube and made songs, but I had to make beats  to make my style. The next big challenge is to further develop my style and improve my completeness.

Alicia: What advice would you give to aspiring musicians who are just starting out?

Brenny: I’m not a good artist enough to give advice. Still, I hope they enjoy the process of making music and all that.

Alicia: What are your goals for the future, both short-term and long-term, as a musician?

Brenny: In the short term, I really really want to releasing the aforementioned single. because I’m going to the  military in October.  In the long term, I want to continue without letting go of music. It’s because making music is fun and the  reaction of the fans gives me a lot of energy.

Alicia: Where do you see yourself and your music career in the next few years?

Brenny: I don’t know, but I promised a fan that I would hold a concert in France. I want to grow to the point where I can keep it.

Alicia: As an artist, what would you like people to think when they hear the name “Brenny”?

Brenny: I want to be an artist who feels warm when people listen to my music.

Alicia: For future work, is there any artist you would like to collaborate with or have on one of your next projects?

Brenny: Originally, there were so many. But these days, I feel like I’m not good enough, so I want to improve  myself first.

Alicia:  Are there any upcoming projects or collaborations that you're excited about?

Brenny: First of all, I’m really looking forward to the single I’m preparing and I’ve never released a song as a  collaboration yet, but I really want to try it when I get the chance.

Alicia: Ending the interview off I wanted to say thank you so much and congratulations you did such a wonderful job with this new release of “Together” and I can’t wait to see you on this journey.

Brenny: Thank you! I was happy to do this interview!
